Knight Life is a phenomenal group of parents, teachers, and students dedicated to the life of our school community! As we grow, learn, and expand this group, we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Knight Life has three areas of focus, the three Cs: Connection, Community, and Compassion! We hope you can benefit and be involved in all three, but if you have a particular gift and would love to serve in one area please join us!

Connection

We want to connect and live life in community with another! We’d love our school community to be part of your daily lives. Our goal is to provide family-friendly opportunities to get together, parents-only events, as well as fundraising opportunities to benefit the life of our school. This year has been full of events—Parents’ Night Out, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Night, Fall Festival at Maris Farms, Back to School Beach Bash, Bunco Night, and Movie Day at the Blue Mouse Theater. Our largest event is The Cor Deo School Auction, which is in March of each year and serves to benefit our tuition assistance, teacher fund, and classroom/facility needs.

Community Service

We want to be known in our community and not just for the outstanding academic institution that we are! We want to be known for giving back, for teaching our children service and generosity. We want to be out there giving to the community in service. This year we have worked with area churches and foods banks to serve the needs of our surrounding neighborhoods. We’re also partnering with Kids Around the World to provide meals to underserved children in other countries. This is an area we would very much like to expand.

Compassion

We want to know you, your family and the needs you may have. We want to serve you through prayer, meals, service, childcare as you face the trials that make life difficult. Our compassion team is working to help us better establish lines of communication so that we know when someone is ill, facing medical trials, welcoming a new child, experiencing the loss of a family member. Another focus is welcoming our new families to our community!
